Partners with Washington State Department of Transportation

Each year foundation volunteers work with WA-DOT staff to design and plant the Welcome to Washington sign on I-5 north of the Columbia River I-5 bridge. The state pays our foundation to grow the flowers and plant the sign each year. The design changes each year to promote the state.
