Speakers: Susan Baxter-Harwell of Clark County Parks and Nature about Heritage Farm, with a brief update

Dr. Ole Ersson, Kailash Ecovillage, Portland

Ole &  Maitri Ersson founded Kailash Ecovillage in Southeast Portland in 2007. They conceived this intentional community for high value, low cost, and sustainable living. About fifty residents occupy apartments and share 1.7 acres of ornamental and food gardens, including household-level community gardens and cooperative care for many fruit trees and berry and grape plantings. Ole will discuss life in the village and the various gardens.
